Health through Grace is as much the name of my private practice as it is the base of my healing.

Each time I was unwell, stressed, discouraged, felt broken or simply hard on myself I was told to show myself more grace.

Throughout my healing and growth - which will always be part of who I am - having grace towards myself and others, as well as, seeing grace in my daily and often mundane tasks helped me change my mindset.

The image of the flower silhouette reminded me of all the ways grace shows up in my life: fragile, poised, resilient, dignified, blessed. It also reminded me of the following quotes:

“Sometimes when you're in a dark place you think you've been buried, but you've actually been planted.” ― Christine Caine

“A flower does not think of competing with the flower next to it. It just blooms.”
